About Om Bloom

My teacher training ended while the pandemic began in 2020. That left few options for a new teacher hoping to find a place to teach.

Friends opened their backyards to me and I learned to teach surrounded by friendship, flowers, and the sounds of summer. Om Bloom Yoga was named for those early happy memories.

Om Bloom clasees are generally pretty gentle. We move, stretch, bend, and strengthen, but we leave space for quiet, for rest, and for stillness. We leave space to let the breath and the meditation find us, to let energy flow freely, and to simply be in the present moment.
